The Alberta-based company originated in Aldersyde Alberta and recently completed its move with a lease for 17,000 square feet on 4.7 acres at 1211 8A Street, Nisku, Alberta. Noble Offsite Ltd is a leader in Western Canadian offsite building, an up-and-coming part of Canada’s construction market. Offsite construction is the process of fabricating and assembling a building at a location other than the actual area for rapid assembly at the site.
“The Nisku and Leduc industrial real estate market is quickly tightening up. We are seeing lease rates and asset values increase on the back of a surging oil price and continued demand for both warehousing and manufacturing facilities.
