Ashley brings deep, hands-on industry knowledge to every client. Before entering real estate in 2017, he spent over 20 years in his family’s metal-building fabrication company, giving him rare, practical insight into shop drawings, engineering, and the construction of industrial buildings. As co-owner of a Nisku commercial brokerage, his work in industrial sales and leasing earned him the CoStar Power Broker Award for “Top 10 in Industrial Leasing” in the Edmonton area.
