Ashley is an expert in the industrial real estate market, especially in the Nisku/Leduc areas. Having called Nisku and Leduc home since 1978, he understands how vital the industrial market is to Alberta. Having been in the field since 2017, he is a knowledgeable and motivated individual, passionate about his career and helping clients with their commercial real estate needs. Ashley prides himself on providing quality information and excellent service to ensure that his clients are well-educated when entering commercial contracts.
In the past, Ashley has been a mortgage broker and a co-owner of a commercial real estate brokerage in Nisku from 2017 – 2020. During his ownership, he specialized in industrial sales and leasing which earned him the Co-Star Power Broker Award for “Top 10 in Industrial Leasing” for the Edmonton Area. Ashley’s vast knowledge of the Nisku area stems from his early involvement in his family’s metal-building fabrication company for over 20 years. This work provided him with firsthand knowledge of the effective management and intricate knowledge of shop drawings, engineering, and construction of industrial buildings in Alberta.
Away from work, Ashley enjoys spending time with his family and has been an avid mountain biker for 27-plus years. He enjoys traveling, the outdoors and having a beer with friends and family to kick-start the weekend.
